Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, food market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. You can hear ward creek from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a game room air hockey, shuffle board, foosball, corn hole, frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Ask about free shuttle from house directly to chairlift (2 miles away)to Alpine and Palisades.

Sunny Family Cabin Near Tons of Fun Stuff!

Our sunny cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from Tahoe City. You can walk to town in 30 minutes or drive in 5. The house is on a lot with large trees and a great sled run in the backyard. It is within twenty minutes of ski resorts: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Also close to Nordic skiing (Paige Meadows), sledding (Granlibakken), biking, river rafting, hiking, beaches, golfing and water sports. Ask me about the good thrift stores in town. :)

Just a 5-minute walk to Tahoe City coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shopping, rafting, Commons Beach, and more. Our 4 Bedroom, 2 baths, 1,600 square foot home is close to Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, and Homewood Ski Resort The pictures of the cabin are outdated, not shown is a brand new 6 person spa and newly tiled kitchen and dining room floor. We are pet friendly but do charge a $75.00 per pet fee. Limit 2 pets
