Full kitchen, 2 living areas. 2 bathrooms. 400m to boat ramp, great view Bedroom 1 - queen bed Bedroom 2 - queen bed Bedroom 3 - bunk bed and sofa bed (not the most comfortable but my 70 year old mum sleeps on it), plus cot (in reasonable condition) Bedroom 4 - two sets of bunk beds Kids and baby things available Please BYO linen, blankets and towels No pets thank you

Our beautiful holiday home is located conveniently near the Mannum Township. Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat. STRICTLY NO PARTIES, BUCKS OR HENS End if wharf damage due to floods. Downstairs bathroom cannot be used due to floods
