The houseboat Nemo is located at Slusen in KBH S. with its own jetty/terrace and access to enough Copenhagen's cleanest bathing water and 5 min to water bus to Copenhagen city center. In the backyard, Amager Fælled unfolds. Nemo is on one level and consists of kitchen-living room with dining area for 4 people, toilet/bath and with access to a delicious large terrace directly in the water mirror. Soak up the sun, the maritime environment, the light, and a dip. There is seating outside, barbecue, sun loungers and family friendly boat with motor, cargo bike, toys, etc.

Modern apartment in quiet area close to center

Our apartment is located in a lovely family friendly area in walking distance to the city center. It is located right next to the Copenhagen Harbor, which is very clean and where Copenhageners bathe in the summer. There is no traffic, as it is at the end of a road and there are no parties and noise, as in the old part of Islands Brygge. With the city's walkways and bike bridges, you're close to the city and yet a little secluded. The apartment was built in 2018 and is bright and modernly decorated with everything you need.

Modern Apartment close to Center, Beach & Airport

Cozy apartment incl. everything you would need for a comfortable stay in Copenhagen. The space is ideal for 3 to 4 adults, (pls message us to add kids to the booking, up to 1 older and 2 younger children). We live in the apartment with our 3 children and we rent it out while traveling. Located in the attractive neighborhood in Amager, the apartment is in walking distance to two separate metro stations, 2-3 stops from the city center. About 500m from the beach. 4 metro stops from the airport.

Apartment on Islands Brygge - close to the city - but at the same time quiet on the terrace overlooking the harbor, the boats and the water for you to take a swim in. You can easily rent a Donkey bike around the corner, so you can bike around Copenhagen, to Reffen Street Food, experience Christiania and the Little Mermaid. The evening on the terrace offers both the sound of the City Hall bells, the fireworks in Tivoli and the sound of the boats in the water sailing close to the terrace.

Unique beach fronting house close to everything

Children friendly house with a garden and fantastic view over the ocean, Sweden, two smaller islands and the bridge to Sweden. This is the house our family live in on a permanent basis. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

Right at the harbour on Islands Brygge this flat is located just 15 minutes Walk to City center, Tivoli and Main station. My home is a Wonderful 126 square meter flat in an old charming Building with all modern facilities, cable tv, wifi, washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 rooms - a big kitchen/diner with espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, a lounge with a large couch and a computer/work desk. The bathroom is renovated with luxourious shower equipment.

Beautiful Harbour View, 168m2 CPH family apartment

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
