The property features its own garden and animals such as donkeys and dogs. The pool is shared with the owners of the property. Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Apartment Finca Toledo

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! We grow fruit trees and herbs for our own consumption, all organic and produce our energy with sun and wind.
