The Tin Shed farm studio with outstanding views

Cosy studio apartment attached to a farm building on a sheep and beef farm. Outstanding panoramic views of Fiordland and nearby Upukerora River. Suitable for two guests. Fully equipped kitchen plus bbq area for cooking a meal to enjoy with the view! Basic cooking and some breakfast supplies provided (no bread). Ensuite bathroom (shower, no bath). Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

Three bedroom split level cottage, sole use. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, three minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre. Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 mths in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require info or assistance.

Great house, Great location, Great Views.

Welcome to our beautiful home, a perfect base when visiting Fiordland. Location is key and you won't be disappointed. A Short stroll to the shops, restaurants and lake Te Anau. Fantastic indoor outdoor flow, bbq area, small reserve beside house where children can play and room for your boat. A great modern kitchen, well equipped . You will love our luxury retreat, with cosy gas fire looking out to beautiful mountain views. Te Anau is the ideal stop over to experience Milford & Doubtful Sounds.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.
