This charming 1900s villa on a tree lined street has broad appeal from the cosy wood fire (firewood supplied) for winter to the sunny deck in summer. There is a well equipped kitchen, high speed broadband, a DVD and book collection and a deep bath. Alternately this comfortable house with off street parking is 15 minutes by car from pretty much anywhere or a short walk to the supermarket, eateries and other conveniences of the "Gardens" area.
