Stylish and Cozy Condo with Southwestern Charm.

Vintage artwork and elegant wooden fixtures complement the modern spaces found throughout this home. Pastel blues and grays accent the decor giving it a rustic and sophisticated vibe that reflects the charm of Arizona itself. The king and twin beds provide individual accommodation for 4 people in 2 private rooms. The twins can convert to a King which is great for couples. A pull out sleeper sofa accommodates up to 2 additional guests. Open up the sliding wall of glass to access your private patio oasis with brick and grass areas, vine covered walls, gas BBQ, fire pit, and patio seating. Kirkland Place is located less than 1 mile from Arizona State Campus near downtown Tempe, AZ. Within 1-2 mile radius you have easy access to walking/bike paths, boating, and special events at Tempe Town Lake. Shopping, dining, and entertainment at Tempe Marketplace is only a few blocks away, about 1 mile. Light rail and free Orbit shuttle route is within a few blocks. You are about 7-10 minutes driving to old town Scottsdale which is a huge draw for dining and nightlife. Consider Kirkland Place your headquarters for Cubs Spring Training which is within 2 miles. This unit is centrally located to 3 freeway exits, loop 101, 202, and the 60. Sky Harbor Airport is a quick 7-10 minute car ride away. ASU main campus, Sun Devil stadium, and downtown Mill Avenue shopping and nightlife are within a mile. Several other Spring training facilities are within about 5 miles. The Phoenix Open, public golf courses, shopping, dining, and world class hiking are not far away. Exclusive full and private access to the two bedroom two bathroom condo with private interior laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a small backyard area for private entertaining that includes a small patio set, market umbrella, fire pit, and charcoal grill. There is one assigned covered carport spot and first come first serve uncovered spots in the parking lot. The community pool is across the parking lot with 24/7 keyed access. Quiet hours for the complex starts at 10 pm. Although there is no on-site management, most of the neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful . The complex consists of all private homes with many being rentals. There is a mix of retirees, college students, and young professionals that make Casitas East home. I am available by phone, text, or email and will try to answer your questions the same day. I live only a few blocks away and can be there quickly if any problems arise. The home is in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in the valley of the sun. Arizona State University, Sun Devil Football, and the Mill Avenue shopping district are located just down the street. Perfect location for spring training with The Cubs stadium being only 2 miles away. Tempe Town Lake is within 1 mile, as well as shopping and dining at Tempe Marketplace. This is the perfect location for marathons like Ironman and Rock n Roll. Only minutes away from oldtown Scottsdale and more! Uber and Lyft are abundant. Tempe's free Orbit bus route and bus stop is a small walk from the condo and will take you to mill Avenue shopping district, football games, and Tempe Marketplace among other places. Route and maps are available online. Light rail is walkable and a few blocks from the complex at the intersection of McClintock and Apache Blvd. Bicycles and scooters are available to rent on almost every block. There is an Enterprise car rental center just down the street located on McClintock Drive if you need to rent a car. The thermostat is turned off when no one is staying at the unit. To turn on just touch the screen and it will light up. You can then turn on heat or cooling and set the temperature to your liking by pressing the up or down arrows. Please turn off when you check out, or turn up the air when not in use.

Charming Biltmore Home With Backyard Oasis

Start the day in a home where open layouts create a feeling space and style. Spread out on the large leather sectional couch, enjoy meals on the hand-made wood dining room table, and go outside for a game of ping pong, corn hole and to see the Koi pond. Enjoy sitting under the patio canvas sail while enjoying the gas fire pit with family and friends. Take a stroll through the quiet neighborhood and maybe extend that walk to some restaurants, bars and shops. Our home is just steps away from anything/everything you could ever want/need, it is situated in a very safe, secure and quiet neighborhood. There is a master bedroom with an attached bathroom and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom. The king and both twin beds are brand new tempurpedic for a great night sleep. The kitchen and main living space are open which makes for great socializing. This open space includes a large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island with 3 bar stools, large leather sectional couch, and hand made wood dining room table. The kitchen and main living space open up to the beautiful back yard for in/out door living! We hope to see you soon! Extra guests: If there are more than 6 guests we will require $55 per night per additional guest. This is also listed under "Additional Prices". We will need this prior to check in. I can give you recommendations on where to play. -Botanical garden-15 minute drive. -Phoenix Zoo-15 minute drive. -Wrigley Mansion-2 minute drive. -Chase Field (Arizona Diamondbacks) -Most spring training stadiums are no more than 15 minutes from the house. We want your stay with us to be an enjoyable experience. The home is tucked away in a fantastic central location. From here, head into town to dine at family-owned restaurants, read a book in a cute cafe, and browse through unique shops. Piestewa Peak is nearby providing great hiking options and views. We will have two bikes that you can use (which is our favorite way to get around) and Uber is also a good way to get to all the nearby places that are available to you. Landscape maintenance and irrigation technician: We do have the landscapers servicing the front and backyards typically (not always) on Monday's between 10-1pm. Sorry for the inconvenience if you happen to be there during the service period. Flood irrigation: We also periodically receive "flood irrigation" water which sometimes is delivered in the early morning or late evening. Basically we get about 6" of water in the front and backyards that starts in the back and works it's way around to the front yard. It usually soaks in about 3 hours and you can walk on it. It is common throughout our neighborhood. Sorry for an inconvenience this may cause you. Please call us if you have any questions. South-West style marks out the interior, with a big brick surround showcasing the welcoming kitchen. This house is a newly renovated historic home from 1941! The Boho/Southwest home is completely remodeled offering all the amenities you may want or need for a comfortable stay - with a central location near the airport, convention center, sports arenas, Tempe Town Lakes, ASU hiking and lots of restaurants and bars. There are two bedrooms with beds and two bathrooms in the house, and works well for a group of friends, two couples, or small families. This house is situated in a landscaped oasis with plenty of indoor and outdoor amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Inside There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that you can use. There is one bedroom and a few closets that we use to store our stuff and those will not be available for your use, but all other spaces are yours. The living room has a flat screen TV with Netflix, Amazon TV and Hulu with fast wifi. Outside The patio allows for dining under the lights, and lounging in the hammock. Fast WiFi reaches throughout the entire place, including the outdoor patio and porch areas. Please let us know if you would like to use the gas grill. On hot Arizona days, we recommend taking a dip in the stock tank pool (closed during fall/winter). The backyard is a shared space. We also Airbnb the back guest house and you could be sharing the backyard with other guests. We also have a lot of local recommendations to share. The neighborhood is very centrally located, within walking distance of many sought-after restaurants and bars. Stroll in one of the local parks, and by Tempe Town Lake, just a mile away, before hunting out some bargains at Tempe Market Place. Getting around is extremely simple. Walk, bike, light rail, or uber. Being in the heart of it all makes transportation a breeze. The back guest house is also on Airbnb. You may be sharing the backyard with another guest. Amenities: Full kitchen: Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided, gas stove and oven, toaster, microwave, full refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, set of pans, utensils, flatware, 8 place settings, washing machine and dryer, 50" TV that can be mirrored from your phone or tablet, iron and ironing board.
