Kick back on the porch swing seat and do some people-watching with a coffee, then sink into the plump leather sofa and plan the day's activities. It just so happens that this is also perfect for airbnb travelers! All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk! New Home just completed in May 2012 - 1 Bedroom Suite with its own private full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. Master bedroom suite on 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. This suite also has its own 2nd level covered porch! Living room has 70" 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime. Bedroom has 55" TV. I just added a new memory foam Sofa Sleeper in the Living room. Come and go as you please. Beautiful new suite located on the second and third floors of my home is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville. KING SIZE BED WIFI 2 NIGHT MINIMUM Before your arrival you will be given a 4 digit code to the front door, and your room key will be on the table in the dining area. You can checkin any time after 3. There is parking on the drive. Check out this video of the area: (URL HIDDEN) The penthouse has its own LR,DR, Kitchen, and bedroom. It also has the second level porch and the rooftop terrace all to itself. These are not shared with anyone else. With the front door code locks installed you are free to arrive at anytime after check-in without me having to meet you, But if you need anything, just give me a shout!! Walk two blocks to the Music City Circuit stop for the free downtown bus service, or take a short stroll down Church St to the entertainment district. Walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River for incredible city views. If you don't have a car I suggest downloading the LYFT or Uber application to your smartphone. This is definitely the best and cheapest way to get around the city by auto. It's about a $7 ride to the downtown entertainment district! Or you could walk (app 7 mins) to the Farmers Market and Bicentennial Mall State Park area. There you can rent bikes or catch the free downtown bus loop (Music City Circuit) that runs from 6 am till 6 pm at 7th and Harrison. But just do as i do and walk...only about 25 mins to the downtown entertainment district!! Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is by 11 AM. If you need in earlier, let me know. Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. Agritourism activities may be arranged prior to your stay for a real 'hands on' experience of a working farm. In the apartment you will find a map with information as to where you can explore . There are several ponds (including one pond you can fish) on the farm and when we are not in a dry spell, a small waterfall. Feel free to gather some wood and roast s'mores or hotdogs over the fire pit. I’m happy to meet you when you arrive to answer any questions. If you prefer your privacy that is fine too. You may reach me by text or email. Even though the farm is an easy drive from downtown Nashville, this agricultural community feels like its from a quieter, more relaxing time. Fish in one of the ponds, pick berries, and head out for long, peaceful hikes in almost any direction. Uber is available from the farm. We are on the North side of Nashville. It takes less time (about 30 minutes) to drive to downtown than it does driving a few blocks in some more congested areas of Nashville. You may encounter other folks who live and work on the farm. Feel free to ask questions about our farm mission to help feed the hungry. The apartment is completely yours so if you want privacy that is totally available as well.

National Historic Registry Home on UTC Campus Near Downtown

Watch the sun set over Lookout Mountain from a rocker on the 2nd-floor balcony. Winner of the Fort Wood National Historic Renovation Award, this home was built in 1891 by Major Joseph Warner, once a Civil War prisoner of War, as the carriage house for his nearby mansion. On the UTC Campus a short walk to exciting Downtown restaurants and entertainment. A very quiet, safe neighborhood away from customary Downtown or MLK traffic noise patrolled by both Chattanooga and UTC police. Dog friendly rental and neighborhood. Enjoy quiet evenings in this friendly neighborhood vs. noisier parts of downtown near busy streets & boisterous bars. Chattanooga's famed outdoor venues are only a short hop away. A city-owned bicycle rental station is just across the street. This quiet, safe neighborhood away from Downtown and MLK traffic noise is patrolled by both Chattanooga and UTC police. A very dog friendly neighborhood. Uber is everywhere - this is a college campus. Or driving to Downtown is less than 5 minutes. Great restaurants, great attractions like the Hunter Museum, aquarium, riverboat dinner, or just strolling through a neighborhood of the oldest mansions of Chattanooga.

Slumber soundly in a bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets and room-darkening curtains. Start the day with a workout in the gym and a cooling dip in the pool, then head back for Keurig coffee and breakfast in the kitchen while viewing the 55" Roku TV. This condo is well equipped with everything you need to stay for a night or a 6 month stay! You have a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities, a comfortable bed, plush bedding and towels, and a stocked bathroom with all the toiletries. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Q Tips, Cotton Balls, Hairdryer, etc is all provided. A large HE washer & dryer are provided as well as a starter pack of laundry detergent, etc. A large Smart Flat Screen TV in the livingroom. This unit is on the 2nd floor and it has a balcony from the living room that overlooks Riverfront Parkway & Parkway Pourhouse. The guests will have full access to the entire condo including the furnished washer & dryer. They will also have access to the gym , pool and clubroom in the community. We are available via phone or text or even email during your stay! If you prefer we meet you when you check in, we will happily accommodate but for the most part, we leave you be to enjoy your stay privately! Take an easy 10-minute walk to the TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater and Children's Museum. Lots of restaurants are nearby as well, with Parkway Pourhouse and Scottie's on the River directly across the street. Catch classic events at nearby Ross's Landing. This condo has 1 dedicated parking space in the lot and then free parking on the street. This area is a short walk to the heart of downtown, easy access on and off the freeway, and plenty of Uber & Lyft drivers just minutes away. Potential for noise - This is a condo located downtown. Although it is minimal, there is potential for noise from cars on the street below as well as the unit above you.
