In the house there is a heat pump, pellet stove and underfloor heating on the entire lower floor. * Washing machine * Large TV with Netflix and HBO Max. * Weber Spirit gas grill. There is a new and extended terrace to the east and a small terrace to the west, where the west-facing is surrounded by trees and not very facing anything other than being sheltered with the grill.

The holiday home is 95 sqm on two levels and is rented for 6 people (three bedrooms). It is newly renovated in the spring of 2022 and appears both well-appointed and cozy!! From the living room there is an exit to a lovely wooden terrace. The house has fast WiFi as well as Chromecast. Free water park is included in the price.

Direct access to the Limfjord with jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with amazing facilities where you can romp on the water or enjoy a sauna walk. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrived at Eshøj Plantation. The house is isolated on a dead end road with no traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of bedding.
