The Miner cabin is small & cozy with one room and a full bath with shower. There is a counter with a two eye burner plug-in stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and a mini fridge. Coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, basic cookware, and dishes are supplied. The cabin sits as one of six across from the historic Paxton Lodge. It is walking distance to the beautiful Feather River and our private sand beach. We have a few walking/hiking trails on the property, or drive to others. Lawn games and more!

Relax at this peaceful home surrounded by sugar pins and cedar trees. A quiet neighborhood perfect for walking and a short distance to lake. Great patio for grilling and gathering around a table with fire pit. Main floor has a great room concept with cozy couch, big TV, kitchen, dining space, bed room and full bathroom. Upstairs has full bathroom, two good size bedrooms with desks and large closet space. Close to restaurants, golf course and marina with rentals for water sports.

Lilac cottage by the Lake

This 2 bedroom cottage is located above our garage. It's peaceful and quiet in our neighborhood. We offer 2 brand new beds and cozy bedding. The view at night is amazing. Sometimes it appears that you can touch the stars. The kitchen is fully stocked and if you need something extra just let us know. The best part is our location we are close to everything. We will not cancel your reservation our cottage is your own personal space it will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized

This creekside Cabin (300sqft) escape is a STUDIO nestled in the forest but with all the city amenities. 1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. Be one of the first to stay in this brand-new listing! All new furniture and bedding - this home was set up with guests in mind. Perfect for weekend getaways, family gatherings or work trips. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like home. Brand new gas BBQ, full size washer/dryer, gas fireplace for winter nights and powerful AC for hot summers.
