1 minute walk from the beach. 3 minutes to downtown. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Pet friendly. Super peaceful at night and on a clear night you can star gaze. The tv that pivots. A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very small but there is a rain shower head. 350 square feet. Small and comfy. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub. It is shared. Just renovated. The lower of two charming units. The duplex is a 5-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the quiet town of Oceanside. There are impressive views of the ocean from every room. The property has a private deck and full kitchen and is comfortably furnished with reliable wifi. House-trained dogs are welcome. Sorry, no other pets are allowed. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
