Lilla house on Klädesholmen

A summer spot on the idyllic island of Klädesholmen. The house is absolutely perfect for the small family. On the island there are two restaurants - The fridge and Salt & Sill. A small grocery store is available on the island that is open 24 hours a day. Living area of 30 sqm with only one sofa bed, 140 cm wide with two single duvets (extra single air mattress available). Fully tiled bathroom. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, pantry, stove, microwave, grill, kettle, coffee maker. Two small patios are next to the house. The rent includes water and electricity.

Newly built cottage with sea view and seaside location

The cottage with sea view is located about 100 meters from a large lovely jetty with the possibility to swim, as well as several different smaller sandy beaches within a few km distance. Fully equipped! In the middle of the countryside in a quiet and comfortable surroundings, perfect for trout premiere, possibility to bring your own kayaks and start from the cabin. Kayak rental is also available within 10 km. Approximately 15 minutes to the community of Skärhamn with systembolag, Pharmacy, restaurants, marine, the Watercolor Museum with several other attractions.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, with a short walk from the cottage to the sea and the beach. The cottage is about 70 sqm of which 2 bedrooms, 4 sleeping places. goes more if desired. Large deck with outdoor furniture. Parking outside. The sea & swimming area is about a 5-minute walk. The place itself is simple but the essentials and plenty of living space Approx. 40 min from Gbg centre. About 10 min from Stenungsund and shopping center. About 5 minutes to Ica Almö Livs which has most of it. There is also STC , medical center

Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye, the guest house built in 2021 is located on a part of our site. There are sleeping places for four people, two in double bedrooms and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse has its own wind sheltered patio. Here, all seasons have a fancy. It is 200 meters to rocks with a bathing ladder. A more than a mile away, there is a municipal swimming area with piers. There are good opportunities for walking/hiking and excursions at Tjörn. Hero protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a stunning setting amid nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from bath (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit on its own deck, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a bit to themselves sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just stay. Non-smoking accommodation, smaller dog ok, not in bed.

Cosy seaside cottage

Peace and quiet by the sea where the road ends. A few minutes from the house there is both forest, beach, jetties and cliffs, for salty swimming, crab fishing and forest walks. Stora Askerön is close to Orust, Tjörn and other excursions. The house is decorated with light colors, room for 4+1 people. There is a kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom (2 beds), sleeping loft (2 beds + 1 X-bed), bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated (2023). Sea view, south-facing. Private patio, barbecue. No smoking or pets.

House for up to 5 people near the sea. Now hot tub

Experience Bohuslän starting from beautiful Stora Askerön. Close to Tjörn, Orust and lots of other excursions. Here you will find tranquility and a wonderful nature. Everything from salty swimming from docks or beach a few minutes walk from the house, to wonderful walks in amazing forest where trails start right behind the knot. Our house is decorated with new fresh furniture (2021) and is fully renovated in 2018 and 2021. New from September 2024 is that the hot tub can be used (available on the terrace).

Cozy accommodation 3.7 miles from Gothenburg that is also rented weekly or monthly. Suitable for remote workers or students very well. Parking spaces are included in the price. Electricity costs apply. 3:-/kvh. The house is smoke-free. Walking distance to bus max 5 minutes. ( which takes you to Marstrand or Gothenburg ) Car distance sea bathing about 5 minutes. Please bring own bed sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included. Max 4 adults tot 5 people. Not that washing machine is not available in the house

Modern cottage at a quiet location on beautiful Tjörn, perfect for the small family/couple or friends who want to live comfortably with modern standards.
