Enjoy this 182 sqm lovely 4-story villa right by the sea! What is unique about the villa is large surfaces & place for 3 families. 3 bedrooms (7 crib & 2 cribs) 1 bathroom, & 2 toilets. The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. The house on the hill with a view close to disc golf.

Welcome to our newly-built peaceful house with adorable views, the house is secluded. Nature creates peace and harmony. Large terrace with evening sun and also terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Perfect for lovely days/evenings outdoors. Bathing areas to various lakes are close by. Bathroom in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Sponge blueberries/lingonberries as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are right nearby. Nearby is disc golf.

Welcome to our home, just 100 meters from the sea, with panoramic views of the Hakefjord and the sparkling blue sea. The home is fully decorated and filled with natural light. It's the perfect place for relaxation and activities in the surroundings/islands. On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun, or grill the evening's dinner. In the back you can enjoy the evening sun and the mountain. Explore nature or take the path up to Bränneberget, where in the past in the world you burned witches and take part of the view.

Fossefjäll an oasis in the forest

At Fossefjäll you should be many. You should socialize, cook good food in our large kitchen, play board games (both outside & inside). Enjoy the silence of the woods surrounding the house. Perfect for long walks in nature and discover the wonderful tranquility of having the woods in the corner. When all this is done, you can go on excursions on both Orust and Tjörn. Mollesund, Ellös, Kärringön and Gullholmen are just a few of the gems Orust. At Tjörn there is Sundsby, Skärhamn, Klädesholmen, among other things.

This two-storey house of 100sqm is located a stone's throw from Rönnäng harbour. It was built in 1918 by my grandfather and renovated and modernized by my father in 1967. This historical house has two floors, two balconies and a cosy private garden. It is also equipped with everything that might be needed on a holiday, for the smaller or larger group. The garden has a private feel and overlooks the harbour. It is close to public transport, shops, hiking trails and attractions.

Upplev Smögen i denna villa med stora utrymmen och underbar terass med sol hela dagen. Plats för att äta, grilla och sola. Badmöjlighet inom 100 m och till barnvänligt bad ca 10min gångväg. Den kända Smögenbryggan ligger endast 20min bort och mataffären ca 5min, allt inom gångavstånd. Huset har 4 sovrum på övervåningen och där finns ett duschrum och toa. Entreplanet har en öppen planlösning med stort kök, ett badrum, matplats, olika sittplatser och dörr mot terassen.

A newly renovated house of 180 m2 in Kyrkesund with panoramic sea view. 11 beds, indoor pool and sauna. The house is top notch and is located 100 meters from the sea. Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.

Enjoy the country with proximity to swimming in both sea and lake, while also quickly and easily reach Gothenburg and Bohuslän's all the sights. Stenungsunds golf course is a stone's throw away and you will find seven more golf courses within 25 km distance. Close to Svartedalen nature reserve and Bohusleden. You have a house and garden to yourselves and can relax in the sun on the terrace. We are happy to advise you about the best swimming areas!

Esters house! Newly renovated cozy villa on Tjörn!

Welcome to Esters house (Ester built and lived in this house since 1945 to 2002) Live close to the ocean and amazing trails, in this newly renovated house. Countryside location with a smithy and a shop in the barn, and a great view over the fields from the house. We (Per and Emelie with our children who own the house) are living next door to the house. If you want we can guide you to the amazing places you should not miss when visiting Tjörn.

Welcome to Klädesholmen sealodge with a magnificent view of the sea and the Bohuslän rocks. Here you have the opportunity to take the first morning swim just outside the house and then enjoy a coffee on the patio, looking out of the sea.
