Enjoy this 182 sqm lovely 4-story villa right by the sea! What is unique about the villa is large surfaces & place for 3 families. 3 bedrooms (7 crib & 2 cribs) 1 bathroom, & 2 toilets. The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Parties/high volume are not allowed with respect to neighbors. Welcome, welcome.

Large and spacious house where two floors(240 m²) are at the disposal of our guests. The house is decorated with new and modern furniture. The living rooms equipped with Samsung 65 and 75 "TVs. Porch, balcony and garden belong to the house. The house is located next to Gothenburg's largest park Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. Close to restaurant dense Mariaplan and Linné. Tram stop next to the house takes you to the city center. Two car spaces are included in the rent, more are available to rent if desired.

Amazing house with beautiful sea view

Green Villa is a charming and tastefully renovated wooden villa from the 1920s, close to both the beach and the west coast cliffs but at the same time Gothenburg's city center a few minutes away. The house's newly built terraces bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you enjoy a great view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away you will also find both outdoor air area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Own part with a large terrace that has a panoramic view of the Sea with free parking, TV+ Chromecast. Enjoy amazing sunsets. Newly built, stylish villa with quiet & secluded location!

Modern, newly-built villa completed in 2021! Here you live with 2.8 km to the coastal gem of Hunnebostrand & its cozy community with its shops, harbors & wonderful bathing spots. The residence is located between two stables on calm street with little traffic. Rural location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, there is Sotelden next door & to Ramsvikslandets nature reserve, it is 9.2 km. To cozy Kungshamn, Smögen, Bovallstrand & Fjällbacka, you can quickly get there by car.

Great villa (230 sqm) is rented in quiet and pleasant area. Walking distance to the beach. Nice for two or large family/friends. Party and event not allowed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, stove and cooking plate. Pets are not allowed. Been a dog in the house. Electricity car charging after agreement. Wi-Fi included. Bed linen not included , to be booked upon agreement. NOK 250 per person. Recent water leak. Missing paint finish

Warmly welcome to this peaceful villa in stunning Hamburgsund! Perfect for relaxing and nature experiences. Centrally located on quiet street about 500 meters from the strait. Underbart skärgårdshus vid havet med havsutsikt i de flesta rum. Öppen planlösning, ljust och vackert. 6 riktiga sängplatser och ytterligare 4 personer kan sova på bäddsoffor och resesängar. Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat. Några cyklar, en optimistjolle, flytvästar och leksaker finns att låna. Affärer och restauranger finns inom cykel/gångavstånd.

Bright and nice villa with proximity to the sea and swimming

Nice and bright villa in Kyrkesund. Plenty of room and well-equipped. Close, 400 meters, to child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock swimming. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those looking to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
