"The Cottage" is a sunny, spacious, family friendly vacation house situated amongst trees, equipped with everything you need to keep the family entertained at home (toys, games, books, sports, etc.), and minutes from everything: The beach (2 min walk!), walking/hiking/biking/X-country ski trails, restaurants, local farms/markets, tobogganing, skating, snowtubing, downhill skiing, golf, and other great activities! Our 1930’s home has a cozy cottage feel in the town of Parry Sound located in the Georgian Bay Biosphere region. It is a train town along the beautiful shores of Georgian Bay. The area has many public beaches and walking trails. Many visitors climb the fire tower to see the spectacular view of the town and its waterfront. We are walking distance to summer markets, events, restaurants and shopping.

Dushi Beach House, Prime Summer Location

Southampton Beach House is ideally located to take advantage of everything the area has to offer. Blocks to the beach, one block to High St (Southampton's Main St) and all of the great shops and restaurants. I purchased this 100+ year old house in Southampton in February 2021. From top to bottom the house was renovated and is basically brand new with all new furnishings.
