Exceptional river view

n the heart of the Loire Valley, along the Thouet River: a 700 square foot converted barn (newly renovated) with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house is ideally-situated in the heart of the Anjou wine region, a few miles from Saumur (well-known for it's castle and the French National Horse-Riding School, ''Le Cadre Noir'', wine growers, and troglodytes sites). Also nearby: important castles in Angers, Chinon, Montreuil-Bellay, Brézé, as well as Europe's largest monastic center, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, which features an excellent music and cultural program. Other worthwhile day trips include the exquisite Loire Valley castles, such as: Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Azay le Rideau, etc. The house, which is about 187 miles from Paris (300 km), or about 2 hours by TGV, can accomodate two couples with children (sleeps six altogether). The appartement includes : an entrance hall, a large sitting and dining room with a small equiped kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a small bedroom on a mezzanine level.

Lovely cottage in the countryside! 2 Bathrooms

Our cottage, with 2sdb+2wc , 2 bedrooms and a stone house sofa bed, is in the middle of the fields, ideal for relaxing... resting with family or friends! 10 minutes from Bressuire. 1km from Boismé:baker, butcher, restaurant A large lot not overlooked, garden furniture,barbecue ,sun loungers to enjoy the great outdoors! We do not provide sheets and linens, but possibility to rent! 45 minutes from Puy du Fou! 1 hour from Futuroscope and Marais Poitevin.

Farmhouse, private pool, fire pit, wi-fi, 14p

People love..... sitting on the balcony overlooking their (saltwater, key secured) pool watching the sun rising and setting, toasting marshmallows round their fire pit (not high summer) BBQ, basket ball court, pingpong, wifi, cherry trees in june, grass to play sports, semi shaded courtyard, colourful rooms with upcycled furniture from our local artists, visiting castles and futuroscpe and sitting infront of the woodburners in winter time.
