Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

We have prepared for you two new apartments in the old Bled villa, directly below the Bled castle in the old city center. Within a reach are the old city center, the lake, restaurants, shops, the main bus station and more ...The first appartment is called Katja, the second is called Ana. We also offer baby cots and air conditioners for free. The tourist tax is not included in the price and it costs 3.13 euro for the night. Please, leave it in the wooden box on the table. The house is located in Valbruna, a small and quiet village of Valcanale, close to the Julian Alps. It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for naturalistic and historical excursions offered by Val Saisera. In the village there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the cottage. A supermarket is 4 kilometers away in the direction of Tarvisio. One kilometer from Valbruna you will find access to the AlpeAdria bike path.

Exclusive unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The closed residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean designed private house only ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of her bedroom, can be used at any time.
