The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. Wonderful house in Vallongia, over 3 floors and 175 sqm. Just fully refurbished with hospitality in mind. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with luxury high pressure shower. Underfloor heating throughout. Strategic location, easy access to several ski areas, Sella Ronda circuit and Bolzano. Conveniently served by the skibus if you would rather avoid driving your own car whilst on holiday. Shops five minutes away, reserved parking for three cars 100 mt away. Private ski room.

Three bedroom house located only 450 mt from the beach. The house is very spacious. There is a big eat in kitchen, large living room and a bathroom , on the first floor 3 big bedrooms , two doubles and a twin ,and a master bathroom and on the second floor there is a big attic where there is a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom. The house benefits of a big garden where there are several parking spaces.
