Beautiful 1614 sq ft apartment with 2 balconies (190 sq ft pool view and one ocean view) located on the bike/walk/run path. 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina and 10 minute walk to town. Marble floors throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet with in suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds plus its own balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bathroom. The complex has 1 big pool, 2 small pools, BBQ area, gym, and paddle tennis court

Authentic, newly built mexican casa located within a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to local shops, Mexican and international restaurants. Several surf spots, mountain biking, hiking trails and yoga facilities are nearby. Our casa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 completely equipped kitchens. Our fully landscaped lot includes a private pool, indoor and outdoor living areas, hammocks and lounge chairs. hot water and ceiling fans throughout the house.
