Peak apartment on the sea, just a few steps to reach the small beach below the house, large windows and large skylights on the ceiling illuminate the spaces. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the sound of the waves or the spectacular sunsets every night. The house is 5 minutes walk from the Marina with many restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream shops. 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic center, with the square full of restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery stores.

Our apartment is in an ancient historic building overlooking the sea, it is on 2 floors, it is about 250 square meters. It's in the heart of downtown with a wonderful view overlooking the turquoise sea. It consists of 4 double bedrooms (2 modifiable in single beds ) of which 2 with a view and terrace, 8 beds, 4 fully renovated bathrooms, living room, dining area and large well-equipped kitchen. Fairly charming 2 levels apartment located in one of the most prestigious buildings of Tropea. Palazzo "Coraline" - where the central staircase to the beach starts. Unic place in Tropea! Breathtaking views from every window, small panoramic terrace, quiete & tranquility, and all this directly in historical center (opened for car transit from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) 5 min walk to the beach - central staircase to the beach starts directly from apartment.

WiFi TV 43” SmartTv Air conditioning Heating Daily rearrangement on request with cleaning and change of bath linen. Every 3 days I change bed linen.
