The house is immersed in the vineyards and olive groves of Chianti Classico In a small country village. It is 4 km from San Casciano Val di Pesa, 20 km from Florence, 22 km from San Gimignano and 40 km from Siena. A1 Impruneta motorway exit 8km, SGC Fi-Siena 3km. The house has three bedrooms, one of which is in an outbuilding with bathroom and independent access.

Our house is located in the countryside of the municipality of Chiusdino, just 5 minutes from the two main villages of Monticiano and Chiusdino and 10 minutes from the beautiful Abbey of Galgano. 30 minutes from Siena , Monteriggioni , an hour from Florence and 30/40min from the sea. Only 20 minutes from the beautiful Terme del Petriolo .

The farm was built from a characteristic barn of 70 square meters. completely renovated and furnished with antique furniture. Panoramic view of the Chiantigian hills with breathtaking sunsets. From March 1 to December 31 guests will have to pay a tourist tax of €2 per person. Children under the age of 14 don't pay.
