Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The QUELLALPIN.at with pool, fitness, spa is only 150m away. Our guests have exclusive FREE admission to swimming pool & fitness in winter (Oct. to May), and in summer our guests get a 50% discount. The apartment is on the second floor of an in-house. The house is idyllic, away from the village on the Glitterberg (1250 meters altitude) in a very sunny location with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The lake ski resort can be reached in 10 and Ischgl in 25 minutes by car. The apartment is particularly suitable for nature-loving people seeking peace and tranquility. Dogs are allowed. Parking space available.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern equipped kitchen ,bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with wardrobe. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 1st floor. Across the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery St.Mang and the Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Shopping, strolling, eating out... without means of transport possible.

Lovely little apartment in the middle of Ötztal

The property is located near Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you can expect a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, the surrounding ski areas can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The (ski)bus stop is 2.5km away, in high season 2 x a taxi to the stop. Local and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price Tourist tax we charge €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February our apartments will only be held from Saturday to February Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
