Schoolhouse at Teiga

Welcome to Lukksundet and Teiga! The house was originally an old school that was connected to the farms in the surrounding area. The house is located remotely by the sea with road almost all the way. Here you will get access to a charming newly renovated old house with lovely nature on all sides, large green area , swimming facilities, quay area with outdoor furniture and a rowboat with good fishing opportunities just outside. Suitable for families who want a quiet place to be. Teiga , located in Bjørnafjorden municipality with good hiking opportunities both on foot and by car. By car, for example, it takes approx. 1,5 hours to Bergen. You can also visit the idyllic Rosendal with the barony. There you spend about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car including ferry ride.

Relax with your whole family at the peaceful "Torkelstun". Large holiday home with panoramic views of Bjørnafjorden. Spacious sunny terrace and nice garden. Only 100 meters to good fishing and swimming opportunities in the fjord. Boat in Våge boat harbor for rent. Amazing hiking opportunities; Tysnessåto (753 meters above sea level) is the highest point with spectacular archipelago views. Visit Mandelhuset restaurant or Haaheim gard for a better meal made from local ingredients in a lovely setting. Bergen one hour away by ferry/car.

Westlands pearl by the sea

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. Beautiful Laukhamar is located on the south side of Tysnes with views towards Huglo , Halsnøy and Hardangerfjord Very good opportunities for fishing and mountain hiking right outside the door. Take the boat out and explore the islands right outside the cabin door,or look for crabs in the beach. Maybe a boat trip to Huglo to buy ice? The place is located 15 min. from Hodnanes ferry quay and approx. 35 min from Våge city center, by car.
