Cozy and beautiful house restored from 1910 located in front of the marsh of San Vicente, with spectacular views. Amazing location 5 minutes walk from both the beaches and the center of the village. House located in the natural park of Oyambre with parking area and community gardens, adjacent to the road but with a delimited perimeter. Perfect for families with children and surf breaks due to its walking access to the best beaches and the village.

Beautiful ground floor with garden, newly renovated and sleeps 7. Ideal for families. Excellent location, 12 km from Santander and very well connected to the most touristy areas. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and unique views. You will stay on the main floor, but the rest of the house will be empty. You'll have the house to yourself. This cozy villa overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 600 meters away. It is an extensive sandy area of 8 km of fine sand. Nearby you have restaurants, supermarkets, bars, sports courts, etc.
