N.B This house is ideal for 2 adults and two children ! Partial Low ceilings in bedrooms. When I first came bumping down the track, in an ancient 2CV, many years ago, I was spellbound by the place. The absolute peace and tranquility of the spot. That spirit still remains. Part of a group of old stone farm houses, with private terrace opening out from the front door. Situated on the southern slopes of a beautiful south facing valley. Quiet and peaceful. place to relax, away from it all!

My place is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 kids or with 5 adult friends. On a 2000 m² fully enclosed plot with gate and flower gardens. Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS SWIMMING POOL heated from May to September 1 hour from the gorges of the Ardèche or Vercors. Wine Route, Cote du Rhône, Châteaux de la Drome, city of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provencal landscapes, roads lined with lavender and olive trees.

A green outdoor space features a swing set with two swings and a slide. Surrounding trees provide shade, while patches of grass and blooming flowers add color to the landscape, creating a playful atmosphere suitable for children.

ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 minutes from the highway (Valence).

Its character villages, its castles, its typical architecture.. You will appreciate my accommodation for the location, its outdoor spaces, the calm, the brightness and the atmosphere and the equipment.. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).

Farm stay surrounded by nature

In the heart of the Drôme Valley, our detached house is two kilometers from the village of Saillans. From GR trails, it offers breathtaking views of the Trois Becs. Our agricultural activity blends with rich nature and promotes biodiversity. The sheep graze around the house from October to May and go to the mountain pastures during the summer period. We also have a barnyard where rabbits and chickens coexist. We also make essential oil and hydrolate.

The outdoor space includes a large tree providing shade over a grassy area. A wooden table and chairs are visible under the eaves of the house. A red chair stands alone on the green lawn, creating a peaceful ambiance in the backyard.

In the heart of the village of meymans,at the foot of the vercors we welcome you in our cottage completely renovated in 2016 and equipped in our old mansion with its independent enclosed garden. Located 15km from the tgv station, 10 minutes from all amenities, 1H30 from Lyon and 1h15 from Grenoble Dogs and cats accepted see you soon!!
