Our cottage has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at 823m altitude. In the neighbor are commercial establishments, but they cause little noise. House is fully enclosed at a height of 150cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter with snow there is also a trail. For children, there is a swing with a climbing rod. We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

It is a small swimming lake in the area and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. Nearest supermarket is 3 km away.
