Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

Recently renovated apartment (58m2, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom) in an old wooden house in the absolute center, very close to City Theatre. Peaceful yard with parking included. Bicycles at your disposal. The apartment is one of 6 in this family house. Common areas are on the upper floor where also self-service breakfast is served. There is a sauna, large balcony and lounge. Summertime there is also a large terrace with grill in the yard. Not suitable for parties.

Cozy, well-equipped dry land cottage. Suitable for as relaxation as a place to stay when traveling or as a Powerpark base. Kyrönmaa, Bulls, Ylistaro, Vöyri n.25km Downstairs kitchen+oh and wood-burning sauna and two bedrooms. In the loft, space for multiple spring mattresses. Outside "Villa Greta" for a rainy summer day. It's good to note that there is a trip to the grocery store, but the kitchen is functional. You'll be surprised at how great the countryside is doing!

A fresh and cosy guest house with a sauna, with a nice sea view, located in a bay in the archipelago of Maxmo ca ½ h drive from Vaasa. For 2 adults (not suitable for children, but small infants possible). It is very well equipped and located only 15 m from the shore line. Two older bikes available for our guests. Suitable for use all around the year (electrical floor heating and A/C). The hosts are availible most of the time, and speak English, Swedish and Finnish.

Grannys cottage @ Ruutin Manor

Relax with the whole family and pets at this peaceful place in the middle of the fields. Hardly possible to find a more idyllic spot than this old rustic house, with its unique tar sauna overlooking the fields. The cabin just got an upgrade in 2024, and has now a second floor with a 3rd full bedroom and big studio space upstairs!
