The property is just 20 minutes from the beach and is made up of the main house (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and a separate 1 bedroom garden apartment with en suite. The house has extensive facilities including a large BBQ, outside bar, table tennis, darts, basketball net and very fast internet, making it the perfect place for family holidays or as a base to work from.

Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))

Ideal for rock climbing, cycling, and walking ALL year round. We are also 15 minutes drive from a regular train service to Malaga central. It is good for couples and solo adventurers.
