Experience luxury with this spacious space that combines old-world character and contemporary comforts. Completely renovated by an interior designer, it has beautiful parquet floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The stay has been completely redone and the updated photos are in progress. You will enjoy the charm of an old apartment ideally placed with all the contemporary benefits. Breakfast, towels and bed linen are included in the service. Baby bed possible. It is not planned to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire place. I can be reached permanently via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-centre of Lyon, 200 metres from Place Bellecour, near Perrache train station and a few minutes walk from the old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais) .Two Vélov stations are less than 50 metres from the residence. Enjoy its unshared private pool access ( heated in summer if needed ) with its Pool House, Great for a quiet stay or a stopover. 3 rooms 83 m2 combining old and modern totally renovated in hyper center of Lyon, on the peninsula, in the district of Ainay, ideally located between Place Bellecour and Perrache station, at the foot of the Ampère metro.
