Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, 15 minutes' walk above the South Tyrolean sunny village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. You can consciously experience the nature again, listen to the bird voices, and breathe in the clean air. The species-appropriate cattle husbandry characterizes our organic farm. Public transport (bus) is also 500m away from our farm. Furthermore, 2 taxi companies are also active in the village. The form of management and the rural ambience makes our property unique. Combining tradition and technology is a big challenge. We strive to sustainably manage the farm, which is only bio-logical. We have our own water source with a very good analysis, which is additionally rounded off with Grander water experience. We generate the entire electricity through a photovoltaic system and achieve a CO2 saving of approx. 13,000 kg annually.
