Great apartment with direct access to the lake & lake view

Our apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located on the 8th floor of the house Landskron with beautiful views over Lake Ossiach. The apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine - fully automatic etc), a living/dining room, a sleeping bunk with bunk bed (bottom 140 cm, top 90 cm wide), a bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Furthermore, the apartment has a loggia of about 14m2 with dining table (extendable) and a (also extendable as a sofa bed) bench. The apartment is located directly (without road in between) on the south shore of Lake Ossiach. In front of the house is a spacious lawn with shallow lake access and jetty. Behind the sunbathing lawn there is a children's playground, a featherball/volleyball net, table tennis, soccer field and three tennis courts.

Our house with 5 holiday apartments is located in Carinthia, right by Millstatt Lake, in a quiet and beautiful bay with its own generous, private lakeside beach right by the house. Our guests are delighted with the unique location right by the lake and with the quality of our holiday apartments. At Seefels you can enjoy peace and quiet in any season. They are to be recommended for guests seeking relaxation and leisure in nature, with swimming, hiking, cycling, golf, fishing or winter sports.

A multi-story building is visible by the lake, surrounded by greenery and a sandy beach area. Sunbeds are arranged by the shore, with people enjoying the water. The backdrop features rolling hills and a scattering of homes, contributing to a peaceful lakeside environment.

Washing machine is not available in bungalows but there is a washing machine on request to be used for a fee. Due to several vandalisms, we are forced to ask for a deposit of € 250 on arrival.
