Fantastic deluxe apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Fourth floor with elevator, open space, modern and lots of natural light. Exposed heating pipes and brick walls. Rain shower, wifi, SmartTV, Netflix, bluetooth speaker, Nespresso coffee machine, ... Excellent location, Cascorro Square (La Latina), in the heart of Madrid. Fully equipped and please note that it does not have a lift. However, the ceilings are quite low, so tall people will have to stoop to gain access. The bed on the floor provides extra firmness.
