This STUDIO is classified 3 Stars which means a cheaper tourist tax and for 2 persons. The best location for visiting Paris, with many common transportation, subway or buses. This quiet studio is located in a pleasant lively district on the 16th floor of a luxury building with 4 elevators and is very quiet. 24 hour security. There are nearby a lot of shops and restaurants. Large, pleasant and spacious studio, 334 square feet, (31 m2), in a chic district of Paris, the 15th Arrondissement.

Ideally located in lower Montreuil/Vincennes limit, very close to Paris, and very well served by transport: RER A Vincennes, metro line 1 Bérault, and line 9 Croix de Chavaux & Robespierre. Located next to the Place de Wagram, the apartment is situated in a very convenient yet quiet location, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the Monceau Park, the flea market of Batignolles and the shops of Rue Levy. In a few minutes you can reach the Madeleine, Opéra Garnier, the department stores and Place de la Concorde. The S-Bahn line RER C, just 100 meters from the apartment, takes you to the Eiffelturm in 10 minutes.

Charming fully equipped apartment, well located in a quiet area. Several subways/buses, shops, restaurants. Clear, bright and calm. It has all the necessary comforts for a family of 4. It consists of an entrance, a bright living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room, a separate toilet. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building without elevator. Towels and towels are provided. High quality bedding.
