The property is disinfected after each rental. It is a self-contained accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views over the valley. Private access. Private parking Accommodates 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years because the garden is in espalier. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and the tennis court. Pool 50m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of the hiking trails.

It is 10 mn away from Argeles sur mer, 15 mn from Collioure, 20 mn from Spain and Perpignan. It is 1h30 away from Barcelonais and ski resorts. The house will provide a tranquil, calm and comfortable stay with all the amenities. It is close by the village shops and entertainments, hiking trails and mountain bike.

Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles sur mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, you can stay for 2, or 4 thanks to the convertible sofa of the stay, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Charming house "El patio" of 114 m2 bright and renovated with patio with trees. Reversible AC in all the rooms! Comfortable 300 m by walk from the full village center of Argeles sur mer with its shops, cobblestone streets and market. Very easy parking. Located near the Massane kindergarten and the town hall. 3 floors and 3 bedrooms, large living room. 2 toilets, 25m2 shaded patio with barbecue. wifi and key box for self check-in if needed. Lots of charm.

Typical village house in the heart of Sorède, composed of a living room opening onto a small south-facing terrace. Equipped kitchen and space with 3-seater sofa. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed 160 cm and 140 cm, a bathroom with large shower and sink. Separate toilet. The living room and a bedroom are air-conditioned.
