On the ground floor, furnished, 2-star rating, close to all shops, in front of the covered market, a few minutes from the train station, and historical monuments (Saint Ayoul Church, The Priory, Notre Dame du Val Tower). Easy and free parking behind the St Ayoul church (towards the cinema and the cultural center). Access to the historic city, in 10 minutes on foot through the shopping streets and the pedestrian street. May not be suitable for people with reduced mobility (presence of a small step).

Edge of forest restyled cottage-55min from Paris

6 nights minimum during school holidays. I’ve recently re-opened the July/ August calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

You can also visit the Chablis vineyard 40 km away.

House with kitchen, living room, shower room and toilet on the ground floor and two separate bedrooms upstairs. the accommodation is located 1 min walk from shops (bakeries, butcher, restaurant, grocer, laundry...) we are 25 km from Montargis and senses. full of nearby activities ( gulf, pool, horseback ride, tree climbing, fishing, hiking and mountain biking...)

Nice place for nature and simplicity lovers. The cottage is located in our garden and to access it, you have to take the paved path. Composed of two rooms, in the first is the living room equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa area and TV. Then, in the second, there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with a shower room right next door. (Non-smoking accommodation)

A scenic pathway leads toward a peaceful pond, bordered by vibrant green foliage and blooming flowers. Wooden benches are positioned alongside the path, providing a place to relax while enjoying the tranquil garden setting.

Out of sight, this peaceful retreat offers you an exceptional way of life that can be enjoyed on weekends and/or weekdays and holidays! You're at the right place for a great stay! You will enjoy various facilities (tennis, table tennis, petanque etc.) You can take nice walks or bike rides (not provided) as well as along the Yonne.

Two double bedrooms and one children's or teens' "dormitory" bedroom. Ideal accommodation for large or blended families… Not accessible for people with reduced mobility (stairs!) Unobstructed view, house bathed in light. Very nice outdoors. SNCF station 5 min walk.
