Beautiful cozy house close to all commodities

House renovated in early March 2019, with the wish to make it pleasant and cozy, with living room-lounge on the ground floor. Accommodates 4 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is fully equipped, stovetop, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. With upstairs 4 bedrooms and a bathroom area (separate shower and bath) and a sofa bed 2 places on the ground floor. Located in a quiet area and close to downtown and all amenities.

We rent our family home during the holidays. You will have a lovely time with your family. It is located 1.3 km south of the train station in the heart of the Sainte Thérèse district. On the ground floor you will find a large living room of 80 m2 with kitchen open to a patio and a garden with heated pool (mid May to mid-September), 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor, as well as a 4 bedroom with private bathroom on the top floor.

Quiet, at the crossroads of Vitré, Fougères, Laval and Ernée, it is also 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour from Rennes, just 4 hours from Paris. Family home, where the living is good. Parents can relax and children are thrilled. Located in a wooded park with a wooden cabin and trampoline, the whole family can relax. Close to Rennes, all the tourist areas of Brittany are easily accessible. Saint Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Alligatorbay, cobac park, Bourbansaie zoo, fairy rock...
