Beautiful mediterranean stone villa, restored and modernly furnished and opened for guests in 2017. As the owners are professional photographers all is made in retro photographic style with real vintage cameras and famous photographs. As a surprise a fully functional studio with lights, backgrounds, professional camera for guests to make family & friend photos. The whole complex is made from 3 buildings on a 3000m2 private property in the forest. A quiet heaven for peace and relaxation.

A serene balcony area features two wooden lounge chairs with soft beige cushions. White towels are neatly rolled and placed on each chair. A view of lush greenery is visible beyond the railing, creating a calm outdoor space for relaxation.

Villa with private pool, located inside of island Krk, surrounded with trees and greenery, with view on Velebit (Croatian famous mountain), and with view on the Adriatic sea. The house is located outside the noise, crowds and the bustle (like towns at Adriatic coast ), in center of island Krk , in little town called Kras, which local inhabitants call 'the belly button of Krk island' - all towns on coast (Malinska, Šilo, Vrbnik, Punat, Krk etc.) are almost equally distanted from it.

A spacious living area is featured, featuring an open-plan design that connects to the outdoor pool area. Natural light streams through large glass doors, illuminating modern furnishings and decorative elements, including woven light fixtures and a cozy rug, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
