It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

From the living room and bedroom, as well as from the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains.
