The bungalow, lovingly renovated in the summer of 2020 and usable in all seasons, is located on an approximately 300 m² large, green, not visible property in Loissin. It is less than a hundred meters from a beautiful natural beach and only a few minutes from a very popular kitesurf spot on the Greifswald Bodden. The location on the edge of the forest and proximity to the beach make the place an ideal starting point for relaxing holidays and the bungalow an ideal retreat.

Enjoy a cozy break in the bungalow on the Devin Peninsula. Just 5 minutes' walk from the sandy beach and located directly at the nature reserve, it offers pure peace and nature. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and has a bedroom, a summer kitchen on the terrace and a fireplace. In the garden there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. The port city of Stralsund and the island of Rügen are easily accessible. A great starting point for Baltic Sea explorations.

For rent is a holiday apartment near Stralsund, city border 5 km away. In 15 minutes you can reach the island of Rügen by car on the island of Rügen. Arrival by train is also possible (about 5 minutes walk to the train station). The nearest food discounter is 2.5 km away. Guests can feel comfortable in two rooms renovated in 2016. There is an opportunity for extra bed.

Comfortable & Quiet Holiday Home

Quiet & in the idyllic garden, our holiday home is located in Bergen on Rügen. Here is space for 2-4 persons & in just 8 km you are on the magnificent beach. Also a nice terrace, a garden, parking & barbecue are available free of charge. The cottage is very well equipped. Shopping facilities are 5 min away. No spa tax.
