Will sleep 2 (+2 option on the comfortable sofa-bed in the living area). 15-20 min walk to Sheffield Uni/ hospitals, 20-30 min walk to town. Travel cot, high chair, toys and a large trampoline available. Access to large garden with sunny sitting area + free parking. Breakfast and snacks (with consideration to food intolerances) included.

Check out our reviews. This is the Annexe to our home, detached from the main house, so even though you are our guests you have your own space. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a second smaller bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Excellent speed Wi-Fi is available throughout . The price listed includes a continental breakfast The neighbourhood is peaceful. Good links to city centre and motorway. Parking either on our drive or out front.
