Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

The Gardener's Greenhouse - Self contained BnB

The Gardener’s Greenhouse is a peaceful studio on 2 hectares of land overlooking a garden, wetlands and cycle trail beyond. It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Start your Great Taste Trail here with home baking, a continental breakfast tray for your first morning, free range eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our garden.

A cute wee cottage for a hideaway. Surrounded by trees and bird life in a peaceful setting. The Motueka River is a 5 min walk. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. A great central location for Nelson, Motueka, Kaiteriteri and Nelson lakes. We are conveniently located right on the Great Taste cycle trail. Fully self contained cottage. Kaiteriteri four/sixperson luxury,pool,hot tubs.

No cleaning fees. Our place is very close to Abel Tasman National Park. Incredible views, Best beaches in NZ. Mountain bike tracks and road trails. Cafes and wineries, Huge Super king bed , Queen bed and two single beds for children or other guests. All with lovely linen all made up. Incredible views , free wifi , huge pool ,hottubs and sauna. Huge Oled smart 65 inch TV. Very modern kitchen with all the best appliances. Big front loading washing machine and drier. BBQ. Free fast fibre wifi.

Sanctuary Cottage outdoor Spa bath,No cleaning fee

A Gorgeous rural retreat on our hobby farm, plenty of animals await you. 5 minutes from Richmond. Peace and tranquillity in this private setting. You will have your own separate cottage with parking and own front lawn. The cottage is two storied with a bedroom upstairs- King bed. Lounge/dinning room and kitchen consisting of fridge, microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, jug and basic kitchen supplies (bench oven ) bathroom- shower, toilet , Laundry- with washing machine. Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water fifty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.
