There is one large bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a second queen bed downstairs. Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Rural retreat

Private studio with spectacular views. Hosts house on same property so readily available, self catering but meals available by arrangement. A place to relax and get away from it all, nearby Nikau Caves and Cafe, Port Waikato surf beach and Harkers Resrve for Bush Walks ,We now have aircon and wifi. We do have a couple of dogs who like to greet guests in the morning with a bark but it doesn’t go on for long and not every morning
