Cozy Sleep out in the heart of wine-growing.

Lovely and modern private sleep out with your own dining/living room in a nice and quiet location. The place has a TV (with free view & Chromecast), fast internet, private en-suite toilet/shower, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, water refill station and more. Kids friendly so if you need a cot added just let us know. Restaurants and bars just around the corner from the house. The house is only 15 min walking distance or 2 min drive to town. Used of laundry is possible for a extra cost.

A secluded treasure close to town and bay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. If you are travelling in from the North Island and need a rental vehicle, we are happy to recommend a local rental car company and provide you with a quote. Let us know.

Very cool modular cosy home close to town centre

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

Our spacious, comfortable, sunny apartment overlooks Picton harbour and the surrounding region. Set high on the hill, with a wrap around balcony, large covered BBQ garden area and close to everything. Free parking for two cars. Enjoy the peaceful environment, watch the boats in the harbour, lights at night, cater for yourself or take a 10 minute walk down the hill to unique shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)

My place is good for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups.
