There is an RV pad with 50 amp power, water, and septic hookups. 3 minute walk to the beach via a new bike path.

Outdoor area below with family sized table, grill, fish cleaning table, water hose for washing boat, cornhole boards, & fire pit(split wood included).Plenty of room for boat parking in empty lot behind house.
