Bathroom shower,washbasin, mirror, hair dryer.The apartment is located 10.nim from the historical center,3 .min train and bus station,5 .min cinema,theater, disco, restaurant,children's park and a smaller park is across the street. We offer free coffee/tea and wine and beer for a fee.

Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval water castle and Romanesque church between Waldviertel and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain divisible. Bikes, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, ping pong table and the sauna with bathroom and outdoor shower are freely available to you. The bungalow for exclusive use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet location and belongs together with the owners' house to the worthy building in the greenland. There are no neighbours (single location). The beautiful place Jaidhof with castle and recreation pond is about 500 m away. Krems on the Danube is about 18 km away. The village of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At Stausee Krumau (10 km), you can take a boat trip.
