Charming house 40 km from the Baltic Sea

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

Alle Häuser sind sehr modern eingerichtet und verfügen über einen großzügigen Terrassen- und Garten-bereich mit wunderschönem Naturblick. Übrigens: Fahrrad- und Wandertouren sind in dieser traumhaften Gegend eine tolle Idee.

In this cozy 52m² apartment, you will find peace and relaxation. It is located on a cul-de-sac surrounded by numerous tall trees. The landlords live upstairs in the house. You have your own entryway. You can charge an electric car in the driveway, your e-bikes in front of the garage cheaply. You can park your car in the way, 50m from your apartment for free. The apartment was expanded in 2024 with new kitchen and new furniture. The keys can be obtained by means of a key box.

- My house in the countryside -

Hello, the house offers plenty of space, it is located about 5 km from the health resort Plau am See. I have a large bathroom, a children's room with lots of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on our farm there is a playground and we also have some animals ( sheep, chickens, ducks, pigeons and a cat ) -> IMPORTANT -> the price is for 2 adults + 1 child until 3 years Unfortunately, Airbnb doesn't allow me to enter a surcharge according to the age and length of stay.

Take the whole family to this great place to stay. We offer you a holiday home with 3 double bedrooms (1 per SZ with shutters), 1 SZ with 2 bunk beds (with shutters), 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, sauna, sandbox, terrace, roof terrace, electric charging station and a wheelchair accessible ground floor on a fenced property. It is only 20 m to the swimming spot and just under 50 m to the in-house rowing boat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
