Take a 1/2 mile walk on beach or use our paddle boards. For a romantic getaway the master bedroom has deep soaking two person air jet tub looking up the bay. Sweet Retreat by Mt. Hope Bay!

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
