Our cozy guest room with separate entrance as well as private toilet and shower is waiting for you. Walking distance to the trade fair and the grounds of the State Garden Show 2023! Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Upon request, the in-house sauna is also possible to set up a children's travel bed. The guest room also includes a fully equipped kitchen as well as a fridge in the hallway (so that it doesn't bother you while sleeping).

Well-being apartment with its own infrared sauna, perfect for relaxing. Furnished with love, the apartment offers a special comfort. Right at the center of the city, great for a city trip or hiking. From the living and sleeping area you can see the Wartburg, the historic Nikolaitor and the Kaiserhof.

The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45sqm, it has its own entrance with a private terrace and a private sauna. Parking is available in front of the house on the public street enough and free of charge. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Close to the center, Gründerzeithaus,with infrared cabin

Apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 persons (baby bed available). The bathroom is equipped with large shower, infrared cabin, underfloor heating, washing machine and full kitchen. The high ceilings and large windows provide a great feeling of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dimm the rooms or set their light temperature as desired. There is a coffee machine and soda stream for you.

Cottage with sauna use

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful castle Schwarzenfels. We are renovating the farm gradually, in 2020 our project "holiday home" has been completed and we are looking forward to our guests.

The flat is located in a 2-family house, has a car parking space and is close to the winter sports resort Oberhof, Suhl and Meiningen. The apartment is good for couples who prefer a relaxing holiday or also for business travelers.
