Best view on the Lake! 500' of frontage out on a point. Private boat launch and dock site available. Covered deck to watch the sunset. Outdoor firepit, as well as indoor gas insert. Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

ON HALEY POND - 16 Pond Street, Rangeley, ME

PRIVATE and Upscale apartment in the village walking distance from restaurants, swimming, walking trails, kayak rentals and kayaking as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling during the winter. Free skate rentals for skating on Haley Pond and you can also rent snowshoes and kayaks at Ecopalagicon. When the pond is frozen SNOWMOBILERS can cross Haley Pond which is in front of my house to get onto trails. My driveway will accommodate 2 snowmobile trailers. 2 night minimum on SNOWDEO WEEKEND

We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. My place is close to great views - for fall time - half hour to ski area's -oxford casino 7 miles away - hour drive to Mt Washington or Portland - Plenty of hiking area's- Oxford plains speed way 3 miles - , restaurants and dining .
