The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden. An oven & microwave is available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
