Kelburn House is Wellington's superior luxury home on AirBnB. It was built in 1906 for Mr. Hislop a surgeon (we believe) for $1200. It's character, location and complete modernising will make your stay feel like home. It is 5 minutes to the central CBD by cable car 1 minute walk away or 15 minutes walk down. There is free parking for 3 cars on the property. External electric points for trickle charging electric cars. On another platform this property rates higher than any other accomodations.

Tiny House Train-Eco stay

Thank you for renting the train as this really helps me. The train runs on solar power, all your water is spring water and is a great example of up cycling and recycling. The tiny house train is located on a 10 acre/4.2 hectare organic blueberry farm and was restored in 2018 and turned into a tiny house in May 2019. There is a cozy log burner plus electric heater and the TV is a smart TV and has Netflix supplied . Wifi is Starlink with laptop friendly kitchen table. Self checkin after 2pm.

Room for the extended family or a group trip with your friends, with 4 big bedrooms and multiple spaces for relaxing including a large outdoor entertaining area. Heaps of entertainment to keep the kids occupied while Mum and Dad chill out. Seperate kids area with toys and books, Smart TVs with Disney+ and other movie apps preloaded, & the ability to log into your own streaming services. A PS3 with plenty of games. And a large outdoor train track to run the Polar Express!!

Location, privacy, garden

1. One queen-sized bed with 2 singles that become a couch. 2. Kitchen 3. Shower cubicle and seperate toilet with hand basin. The house was built in 1965. Location 15 min walk to the railway station. Kapiti Line Close to Kenepuru 20 - 30 mins drive to Wellington, A quiet, leafy suburb with shops close by. Lie in bed and watch the plants grow. While the space is one level there is a step onto the area and a lip (small wooden barrier) into the shower.
